I am an Associate of the Guild of Motoring Artists (AGMA) and have been drawing and painting pictures of cars, and related subjects, for many years now.

I have issued a number of individually numbered and signed Limited Edition Prints over the years, the first few of which have sold out. Those still available as follows:

RICHARD LONGMAN

This print depicts Richard Longman negotiating the Woodcote chicane at Silverstone in 1978. Richard used his self-prepared Mini Clubman 1275GT to become RAC British Touring Car Champion in 1977 and 1978.

Each print is part of a Limited Edition of 500. The size is approximately 12” x 16”.

There are still a few left at the original price of £4.50 per print.

THE GREATEST CAR OF ALL TIME

This colourful print commemorates the Mini being voted the greatest car of all time by an international panel of experts in 1991. It represents a variety of Mini variants as they might be displayed at a Mini show.

Each print is part of a Limited Edition of 500. The size is approximately 12” x 16”.

There are less than 100 remaining at £5.50 per print.

I AM A FREE MAN!

I AM NOT A NUMBER!

These two prints from original drawings by John Napper are a must for any fan of the cult TV series ‘The Prisoner’. ‘I am not a number!’ depicts the Mini Moke taxi in The Village (Portmeirion), while ‘I am a free man!’ shows the Lotus 7 used by the prisoner before his capture outside his London home.

Each print is part of a Limited Edition of 500. The size is 405mm x 305mm.

These prints  are available at £7.50 each.

HEADLIGHT ROBBERY

This full colour A2 size print depicts the Mini which finished first in the 1966 Monte Carlo Rally only to be disqualified on a technicality relating to the headlights. Having changed the rules before the event to favour the French Citroën team, the organisers could not believe that Minis could finish first, second and third overall without cheating. When they could find nothing illegal on the cars it was decided that the dipping mechanism linked to the auxiliary lights was against the rules. As a result all the British entries were disqualified and the fifth placed Citroën declared the winner.

500 prints have been produced from an original painting of Timo Makinen & Paul Easter, the real winners of this infamous event. All individually numbered and signed by the artist, still at the original price of £12.50 each.

DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME

For many people Russ Swift’s amazing display of stunt driving is the highlight of any show he attends. This original acrylic painting depicts the climax of the show when Russ drives a Mini on only two wheels. He is shown solo in this picture but I recommend that you try to witness his show on an occasion when he takes a commentator as passenger.

This run of 500 prints are full colour, A2 size and all individually numbered and signed at £15 per print.

ON SAFARI
with Robert and Michael Plant

Robert and Michael Plant were the leading Mini Cooper
crew in national and international rallying when the
Mini was re-homologated in the 1990s.

BMC entered a Mini Cooper S in the 1967 Safari Rally
and the Plant brothers were invited to compete in 1997
to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Mini’s first
attempt at East Africa’s extremely tough Safari Rally.

This is a Limited Edition run of 250 A2 size prints
from an original acrylic painting. Each print is
individually numbered and signed by the artist, John
Napper, and by Robert and Michael Plant.

The price is £20 per print.
